DESCRIPTION
Swarovski Optik engineered their TLS APO 23mm Apo Telephoto Lens System to seamlessly integrate with the elegant and refined look of their ATX/STX spotting scope system while providing you with a quick and easy way to transition from viewing to digiscoping. It is designed with a 23mm apochromatic lens configuration to eliminate spherical and chromatic aberrations so images that are captured through it have true colour rendition with zero distortion across the entire frame.This system is designed to work specifically with Micro 4/3 size sensors, as vignetting will occur on APS and full frame sensors.
This lens system comes in three parts and installs quickly onto either straight or angled eyepiece modules without tools. Simply unscrew the stock eyecup from the module, insert the retaining collar, install the new eyecup, and mount the lens system onto any Micro 4/3 sensor DSLR body using a compatible T2 ring. With the collar and new eyecup installed, the spotter functions normally for viewing, including complete access to the zoom and focus rings. When you want to capture photos or video with your DSLR, simply slide the lens system with the DSLR attached over the retaining collar and tighten the thumbscrew to lock it in place. The lens system is offered here without T2 rings, so one will need to be obtained separately for proper use.
